PRODUCTION & SHIPPING

What is your production time?

Each handmade piece is made-to-order and takes time. Our current production time is 1-3 business days NOTE: production time is in addition to shipping time.

USPS carrier shipping times?

Orders within US are shipped via USPS First Class Mail by default, which takes 3-5 days. For International orders, shipping can vary between 7-20 days. Once your order arrives in the country of destination, it may be subject to the country’s taxes and/or custom duties. Jewelryhills is not responsible for these fees. It is the duty of the customer to be aware of charges that may occur at time of delivery/pickup for imported goods.

Can I change my order before it ships?

All changes to orders must be made within 12 hours after placing your order, as we strive to process and start working on each order as we receive it.

How will I know when my order ships?

You will receive an email including your tracking number when your order leaves our studio. To check the status of your order, please visit www.USPS.com/tracking

How do I care for my jewelry?

We don’t want your special moment to fade.
To maintain the quality of your new Jewelry hills piece, please:
   – Avoid contact with perfumes, body oils, and other chemicals, including household cleaners.
   – Remove when sleeping, exercising, or doing other physically strenuous activities
   – Do not wear it to the pool, spa, or the beach
   – Do not use chemical jewelry cleaners – Gently polish with a soft, lint-free cloth.

Does your jewelry contain nickel?

We are proud to say most of our products are nickel-free!

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

We are absolutely confident in the quality of our products and want you to feel the same way. Non-custom pieces must be returned/exchanged within 14 days of receipt (based on USPS timestamp date received). We are currently unable to accept returns on custom personalized items, or International orders. Please contact us (info@jewelryhills.com) with any concern or question you may have.
